Each room uses small windows that capture the wind, creating a natural cooling design without air conditioning. Meals at the restaurant consist of fresh organic Moroccan and Siwan culinary delights prepared by the on-site chef. The kitchen serves a multi-course dinner each evening, including salads, bastilla, chicken, beef, and rice dishes. Guests can ride Arabian horses, enjoy camel excursions, and take 4x4 Safaris into the surrounding desert.
